View source for Line In Switching

Scheduling happens with OBServer.  

#Enable "Line in" of player device in Player Manager.  
#This will show a "Line In" icon top of Scheduler. 
#Drag and Drop "line in" as a scheduled item.   
#Feed a satellite signal to Line in of soundcard.  
#Enable "Line In" select "Auto" in Dashboard

CAP Emergency messaging will over ride this source, play the announcement and resume normal programming.
